Listener for the content URL produced after all RequestModifier instances have been applied and before the corresponding HTTP request is opened.

      Called when the effective content URL changes after request modifiers have run.

      For SingleControllerPlaylist, this callback is deferred for preloaded items until that item becomes the current playlist item. The most recently resolved URL is reported again whenever a loaded item becomes current. Its URL is discarded when the item is unloaded and resolved again when it is reloaded.

      Parameters:
      config - The configuration of the content being played.
      originalUri - The configured content URI.
      effectiveUri - The URI after all request modifiers have run.
