Hook invoked by a DRM environment immediately before a DRM-related HTTP request (license or certificate) is sent.
Implementations receive the currently active DrmConfiguration and the outgoing Request, may mutate the request via its setters (typically to inject authentication headers or to wrap the body in a custom envelope expected by a license proxy), and return the (possibly same) request instance. Returning a rejected promise aborts the request and surfaces an error to the player.
